EP Pictures :)

For any parents that are not aware, we have incorporated some yoga into our routine on Friday afternoons! It has gone very well and the kids have enjoyed it. When they come in from our morning recess they are very worked up and hyper. On Fridays it helps to calm them down and settle them in to read or do an activity during transition and then have lunch. Ask the kids which are some of their favorite poses! We have only done yoga together twice, but they are beginning to catch on and remember some of the poses:)  Happy Friday everyone!
