This week is a short week with no school on Friday! The weather is getting nicer, our recess time is getting longer, and the coats are coming off! If parents could bring a lighter coat as well it would be appreciated for the in between temperatures.
The Raccoon's are learning all about pets! They have been discussing which are their favorites, where these pets live and which kinds of animals can be pets! They made a chart and got to choose their favorite between a dog, cat, bunny, horse, turtle, fish, and bird! A dog got the most votes as favorite pet. The children got to make cats from different shapes like, triangles, and circles. The kids also made clifford! They have been reading lots of stories about pets and doing the big pet floor puzzle.
