This week we are talking about people around the world. We are discussing how people are different and the same, and how it's good to have diversity. We are talking about different cultures and traditions, types of clothing and the different places that people live. We are making little people and have made hair and hats for the children to choose from to put on their person to decorate. We are showing the children that in different places around the world, people dress differently, act differently, and simply live differently. It is an amazing thing to see and learn about. We are showing the children how cool and interesting different cultures outside and inside the US can be.
