Theme of the Week: Harvest!

This week the EP is talking about what kind of things are being harvested this time of year. We are talking a lot about apples and pumpkins. Not only do we eat apples with our meals sometimes but we are making beautiful apple print pictures. Miss Bev went on a trip to Washington, and brought back some apples from the Apple Grove there. We are cutting the apples in half both vertically and horizontally to show the EP class what kind of prints the apples will leave when dipped in red and green paint!
We are also making some more marble paintings with white and black paint on orange paper for some spooky halloween art.

* If any parents have any ideas for art projects, or music for the EP class feel free to give your input!!
