This week the kiddos are learning all about the safari and the jungle! They are discussing the landscape and what kind of animals live in those types of environments! Together they have been listening to animal sounds and trying to recognize which sound belongs to which animal.
The Raccoons have been busy making elephants and lions out of paper plates, coloring safari animals, and playing with the small safari/jungle animals we have! The Raccoon's were asked what their favorite safari animals were and they were as follows: elephant, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, lion, tiger, leopard, rhinoceras, and a wild dog!!
